Returns & Refunds

If you aren't happy, we aren't happy.  We will do what it takes to make sure you're satisfied. Returns within 30 days are easy.

Beyond 30 days, email us, we want to hear what went wrong and how we can make it right!

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
  • Condition: Items must be new, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
How to Start a Return
  1. Contact us at hi@cloud.lol to initiate the return.
  2. Once your return is accepted, we will provide the shipping address and instructions.
  3. Return Method: By mail.

  5. Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  6. Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at hi@cloud.lol so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
